We will ask you for information regarding your inquiry such as images, text, banners, videos, pdf files and documents if we are working on a project for you.

We keep your personal data so that we can contact you regarding your enquiry. Any information regarding a project we are working on for you, we will only use for your project.

Any invoices that we issue with your details (such as name, address and phone number), we have to submit to our company accountant which in turn has to be submitted to the government tax agency as part of our company accounts.

Once completion of the project, the customer asumes full responsibility for checking and testing the project to its fullest

WebDesignWizards will ensure that your project is completed within a resonable time frame.

WebDesignWizards will ensure that daily backups of your CMS or ONLINE STORE Databases. We will ensure that we have Weekly backups of all your project files (only if these are stored on our own web hosting servers).

WebDesignWizards cannot take responsibility for third party problems, or any problems that are not under our control

WebDesignWizards will provide customer service by voice, phone or email regarding any projects, hosting accounts, email accounts that are using our web hosting servers.

WebDesignWizards web hosting plans usually start from the 1st of the year, yearly payments are due and invoiced at this time, we do request your payment to be made as soon as possible after the invoice or request has been made.

WebDesignWizards Email server payments are usually setup for monthly payments with your payment to be made as soon as possible after the invoice or request has been made.

WebDesignWizards quotations for a project or service require a deposit before work commences, full payment for project will be requested upon completetion of any project and payment is expected to be as soon as possible.
