How to Get Skinny Quick
Women ask me all the time, “How can I get skinny quickly?” or “How can I lost 1O pounds in a week?” As a personal trainer, I usually suggest a couple of ways to get started with a safe weight loss program. While I think it’s Ok to jump start your weight loss program and try to lose 10 pounds quickly by doing extreme things (like overly exercising) for the short term, I don’t recommend using this approach every time you need to reduce your weight. Try the best diet foods to lose weight. If you keep on gaining all the weight back that you just lost, you have to find a lifelong strategy to keep yourself lean and fit permanently.
Look into weights for women it can help you lose weight and it will not lead to muscle hypertrophy.
A majority of adults understand themselves and their interaction with food. Anyone who has been struggling with their weight over the years has tried a number of different approaches where some have worked but they always seem to keep gaining the weight back. I have had many personal training clients who have lost 10, 20 and over 30 pounds with me and then put it right back on. It’s frustrating for me to see how well they were eating and working out and then go astray and gain it all back.
In my role as a personal trainer, I have developed numerous diet plans for my customers. They are based on eating low calorie high nutritious foods while recommending the optimal about of exercise to produce the results they want without burning themselves out with too much exercise.
What is the most successful method of keeping your weight under control over time?
Just be sure that you don’t eat too many calories each day. Ninety percent of your calorie intake must be from whole natural foods, whereby you receive the highest nutrition possible with the least amount of calories. In addition, you have to live an active lifestyle and maintain a regular reasonable exercise program. For more details about how I think you should keep yourself healthy and fit, check out my Fitness Contrarian Principles. After reading these principles, you will have the basic knowledge about how to eat, exercise and live an active lifestyle. (These fitness principles are a work in progress and I keep adding to them every week)
I have spent in excess of twenty-five years working with friends and customers to help them lose weight and I have concluded that there are those people who must reprogram their thinking in order to maintain a proper diet. The relationship which they have had with the kinds of foods that are causing their weight problems must be altered. Should it be your intention to quit consuming the food that you believe is the cause of your problem, you need to be certain to look at the post entitled “Don’t Get Fat Fast.” Here I describe a mental exercise with which I assist some of my customers to quit consuming the fattening foods that they have difficulty resisting. This mental exercise regarding your relationship with food can be difficult, but it works.
A different measure which has truly been of assistance for my customers and me in conquering our weight issues is occasional fasting. I wrote a popular post about my experiences with fasting called Fasting For Weight Loss. I obtained a good deal of knowledge regarding occasional fasting from the program of Brad Pilon called “Eat Stop Eating Program.” You have to check out Brad’s web site Eat Stop Eating web site. He has one of the best programs I have come across for losing weight.
